Steve is at a job interview with Iris, the personnel manager.
S：One of my strong points is my work ethic. I believe it' s important to work hard no matter how simple a task is. Furthermore, I' m a very resourceful person.
I：What about your weaknesses？
S：I would have to say that I sometimes take on too much responsibility.
I：Where do you see yourself in five years？
S：I hope to be in a more senior position by that time. My goal is to get into management.
