C: Cathy R: Receptionist
Cathy is feeling sick, so she goes to a clinic and checks in at the reception desk.
C: Hi. I don’t have an appointment. Is it possible to see a doctor today?
R: Of course. Have you been here before?
C: Yes, a couple of times. My information should already be in the system.
R: Alright. May I have your NHI card, please?
C: Sure. Here it is.
R: I found your record. What brings you in today?
C: I’ve had a fever since last night, and my chest feels tight. I’m also a bit dizzy.
凱西覺得身體不舒服，於是前往診所並在櫃檯辦理掛號。
凱 西： 你好。我沒有預約。請問今天可以看診嗎？
櫃檯人員： 當然可以。妳之前有來過嗎？
凱 西： 有，來過幾次。系統裡應該已經有我的資料。
櫃檯人員： 好的。可以請妳給我妳的健保卡嗎？
凱 西： 沒問題。來，給你。
櫃檯人員： 我找到妳的記錄了。今天哪裡不舒服呢？
凱 西： 我從昨晚就開始發燒，而且覺得胸口悶悶的。我也有點頭暈。
