In fact, it is usually paying close attention to what is happening below its feet. Sometimes, it remains motionless with its eyes fixed on the ground as if it were looking for something hidden beneath the soil. This behavior helps the bird find its favorite food: earthworms. Instead of rushing around, it usually walks slowly and carefully. Its neck is bent into an S-shape and moves gently from side to side as it searches for food.
