If you ever visit Las Vegas, be sure to book tickets for a show at Sphere, the largest spherical building in the world. This huge round structure is a music and entertainment arena located east of the Las Vegas Strip. Opened in 2023, the arena cost US$2.3 billion to build, making it the most expensive entertainment venue in the city’s history. Its round roof was built using 3,000 tons of steel, along with an additional 10,000 tons from a 25-centimeter-thick layer of concrete.
