踏入百變布丁的世界
In addition to the United States and India, Taiwan also has its own pudding—tofu pudding, also called douhua. It dates back to the Han Dynasty in China more than two thousand years ago. In one popular story, a prince created soft tofu by accident while trying to make a substance that could help people live forever. It was later discovered that this smooth tofu could also be served as a dessert.
除了美國和印度，臺灣也有自己的布丁 ── tofu pudding，也稱為 douhua（豆花）。它可以追溯到兩千多年前的中國漢朝。在一則廣為流傳的故事中，一位諸侯王在試著研發能讓人長生不老的物質時，意外地製作出了嫩豆腐。後來人們發現，這種滑嫩的豆腐也可以當作甜點食用。
