In April 2022, Ed Jackson, a former English rugby player, and his team were trying to climb 7,126-meter Himlung Himal in the Himalayas. Because of COVID-19, nobody had climbed the mountain in two and a half years. Therefore, he and his team had to set up new camps and ropes along the way. As Jackson and his team reached 6,800 meters, they had no choice but to turn back due to difficult conditions. They quickly found themselves stuck on the side of a mountain.
