Sport stacking may seem simple, but the rules can be complicated. First, there are three separate events, each with different goals. The first is the 3-3-3 event, where players rapidly stack three towers. Each tower is composed of three cups—two at the base and one on top. Next is the 3-6-3 competition, which includes a larger tower of six cups in the center and two smaller ones built with three cups on each side.
