The world’s largest companies are heavily investing in humanoid robots. Some reports predict that tens of millions of them will be in use by 2050. With the arrival of this new robotic workforce, there is no doubt that there will be both positive and negative effects. There are many possible benefits. For example, mass-produced humanoid robots could take on dangerous jobs without risking human lives. Without the need for sleep or days off from work, they are expected to work continuously and reduce labor costs for business owners.
