Jamison is a high school student dealing with the death of his mother. After nearly forgetting her birthday, he becomes worried that his memories of her are slipping away. To keep her memory alive, he begins taking photos with an old camera his mother once gave him. Every night at 9:09 p.m., the time his mother passed away, he takes photos of ordinary people at the same street corner. At first, it’s just a ritual, but over time, the experience begins to change him.
